Strawberry Spinach Salad

  Ingredients  
    1/2 pint Finke's strawberries, sliced
    1 bunch spinach (or romaine lettuce)
    1 1/2 tsp minced onion
       
  Dressing Option #1                  Dressing Option #2
    1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup oil
    2 tbsp tarragon vinegar 2 tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp paprika
        1/8 tsp Worcestershire
        1/2 tsp poppy seed
        1 tsp sesame seed
           
       
    Combine dressing choice, drizzle over salad, and toss.
